Eling Group, officially known as N.T.SH. ELING, is a leading engineering and construction company based in Pristina, Kosovo, specializing in electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy efficiency. Founded in 1994, Eling Group has developed a reputation as one of the most trusted and experienced firms in the energy and construction sectors in Kosovo.

               ➱     History of Eling Grup

Eling Group was established in 1994 in Pristina, Kosovo, during a period marked by significant political and infrastructural challenges in the region. The company began its journey as a small electrical engineering firm focused on providing basic installation and maintenance services for local clients in the energy and construction sectors.

In the early years, Eling built a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and integrity—values that helped it expand operations despite the limited resources and difficult economic conditions of post-war Kosovo.

               ➱     Growth & Expansion (2000–2010)

Following the end of the conflict in Kosovo and the start of rebuilding efforts, Eling Group quickly positioned itself as a key player in national infrastructure development. The company secured contracts for the construction and rehabilitation of low- and medium-voltage networks, as well as public lighting systems in municipalities across the country.

               ➱     Diversification & Renewable Ebergy (2010-2020)

By the 2010s, Eling had grown into a multidisciplinary engineering company with a growing presence in renewable energy. Recognizing global trends and local needs for sustainable power sources, the company began designing and installing solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for businesses, institutions, and municipalities.

This move solidified Eling Group’s reputation as a forward-thinking firm committed to innovation, environmental responsibility, and energy efficiency. Large-scale solar projects, rooftop systems, and hybrid installations became a new strategic focus.

               ➱     Modernization & Digital Integration (2020-Today)

In the most recent phase of its development, Eling Group has embraced digital transformation and automation. It has expanded its portfolio to include SCADA systems, smart grid solutions, and real-time monitoring platforms, ensuring its clients receive cutting-edge technology integrated into their infrastructure.

Today, Eling Group is recognized as one of Kosovo’s leading engineering and energy solution providers, delivering projects that align with both national energy strategies and European environmental standards. With over three decades of experience, the company continues to build the future of energy, technology, and infrastructure across Kosovo and beyond.
